Fundraisers

With the help, hard work and support of family, friends, and business owners, the MRF is touching and affecting many families of autistic (neurodivergent) and neurotypical children. As advocates for autism acceptance, we have monthly parent and family support group meetings and provide resources that have proven to be beneficial, needed, and welcoming. We also provide monthly Play Dates that are “free” to ALL children and these activities provide an environment for children to learn and understand each other’s differences as they play together.  In most cases, the free playdates are the only opportunities some parents have to bring their children where they feel they are safe, accepted and able to be themselves.  It is our hope that the “monthly” playdates will increase to bi-weekly and eventually every weekend.

To fund these activities, we host 2 major fundraisers annually; our Rose “Color” Run and our Magnolia Masquerade Ball.
