January 2024

The MRF has been such a blessing to our family and we want to be able to support them the best we can. We invite our friends and family to give on behalf of John-David and children like him. These children benefit greatly from the Play Dates provided by the MRF and we have gained life long friends while meeting other families at these events. All events are Free to all children to promote a safe environment for learning about each other's differences. I encourage you all to checkout their Facebook and website to see all the work they are doing in our community. We are the first family featured in a new YouTube segment by the MRF titled: "This is Our Normal". Be sure to subscribe to their YouTube channel so you can catch our family video later this month. Thank you all in advance for your support!

Sincerely,

Rebecca and Andrew Hill

The Magnolia Rose Foundation for Autism Acceptance

Magnolia Rose

I bring you greetings from the Magnolia Rose Foundation where our vision is to bring autism acceptance to the community with the hopes that our efforts will in turn bring awareness and support not only for the Magnolia Rose Foundation but also for autistic people worldwide.

In a society where inclusion is being pushed in every arena neurodivergent individuals are always overlooked. Gender and race inclusion is pushed the most. Whereas those with exceptionalities both mental and physical cross over all gender and race lines, but are always thought about last.

Our organization aims to change that. Starting with the children, our motto is "Normalizing Autism in Children One Playdate at a Time".

It has become our mission to provide the much-needed additional resources, focusing on normalizing autism and the acceptance of these children. These resources include activities geared toward informing and educating, having monthly Parent Support group meetings, and monthly Play Dates which include activities for “all” children to understand each other’s differences as they play together.

To fund these activities, we will host 2 major fundraisers annually; our Rose Run and our Magnolia Masquerade Ball.

We want to be able to continue to provide Free Play Dates to all children. With your support, we are certain our efforts will be a success! We are very excited and optimistic about your potential support!

Sincerely,

Miranda Georgetown Riley, Founder
